Does anyone have a link to regulations regarding how far away a scamera should be visible from. This morning on my way to work (haven't used the road in a while) a new camera has appeared in the trees at the side of the road. I was far too busy concentrating on driving and only spotted it out of the corner of my eye when about 25 yards away but I'm sure it can't be seen from much further away than that due to all the overhanging vegetation and trees. I'm pretty sure I remember there being rules for distances based on the speed limit?

The SCP's have guidelines that they must adhere to for acceptance into the 'netting off' scheme. As if. The fact that they didn't adhere to them doesn't stand up in court as a defence however, as well they know. They will also say that they WERE adhering to them.

They will also point out that "they are only guidelines" if you phone them up and ask questions......

Go and plant a fast growing shrub in front of it.
