Will be for the rich who can;-
a) afford the penalties
b) afford the GPS retransmitter to fool the speed limiter, the laser jammers (f+r), the IR jammer (SPECS), the flip/LCD plate, and the Radar detector hidden in the dash.
or c) for the scum who don't register their vehicles,
or d) for the plate cloner (even more scummy, unless it's Prescotts plate!! )

So that means anyone rich & famous can do what they like, as can the criminal element, the rest of us may have to abide by the rules. Can anyone see the flaw in their logic?

Isn't this the way things have ALWAYS been in this country mate? And not just in regards to motoring? If you have money and know people, you can pretty much do anything you like.........

The only one you missed is the person who can obtain an address in Southern Ireland, get an Irish licence and register/insure his/her car there to an Irish company so that it can be driven anywhere in Europe at any time quite legally.
