A friend of mine(honest)got pulled because of his licence plate. He is challenging the prosecution in court, anyone any idea where he can get the full wording of:
Regulation 18(3) of road vehicles(registration and licencing) regulations 1971.
Which he is accused of being in contravention of?
Is there an official website with such information?
Thanks for any help.

Seems specific enough to me... he wants to know where he can get the full wording of the law.

Or am I missing something in the original post?
