...but for my GF.

38 in a 30 mph. she drives that road everyday but obviously had a concentration lapse on that day.

the thing is i do remember she came home that day and told me about the Bib out with their laser gun and how she was only doing 30 mph. the reality is that she must not have slowed in time and got zapped.

given that the NIP/FPN has arrived is her best course of action just sign it, accept it, get on with life?

OR is it worth delaying and asking for the photo/video still?

we are 100% sure who was driving but I have read a lot of posts on this site where people have "delayed" the process or simply be given a warning after dragging things out and stating the photos do not id the driver? Is it worth pursuing that course of action or should we just fess up, take the FPN and move on???

In a point of principle, drag it out. The more hassle you give them, the less profitable the money they extort.

See www.pepipoo.com for how to do it
