Ive had an idea... Is It possible?

Would it be possible to create a device that measured the frequency of radar being emited from a scamera, then calculate the increase in wavelength a doppler return from a car trveling well in excess of the limit, then emit that back but a lot stronger than the scamera so as to block out the correct return and give a false one.

If you placed said box in a bush you could empty a camera of all its lovely film with photos of the tarmac doing 100mph.

Thought of it already, but then they'll just encrypt the signal. Digital gatsos would be unaffected though
