Without Prejudice - one for Zollar?
Discussion
I had an accident a couple of months back, which although it was on a roundabout, was IMO completely the other driver's fault.
It's taken this long, but her insurers have finally agreed to pay for the repairs to my car - on a 'without prejudice' basis. My insurers are not paying for any repairs to her car. I've Googled as much as I can, and not really managed to find the answer I want.
As I understand it, a without prejudice payment assumes no liability. Is that right? If so, once my car is repaired, what happens with regards to the insurance claim and admission of liability? I don't want a fault claim on my records, nor do I want a 50/50 claim.
She drove into me, her insurers have paid for the repairs, why have they not admitted liability?
