Was called into the office today, and told that the CPS have recommended NFA (No Further Action) against me for the driving without due care and attention I had been reported for, resulting from the collision I was involved in, casuing the untimely death of the pictured Mundaneo.

Still waiting the result of the "civil" claim against me, so it's still all a bit of a "sub judice" stylee, but once it's all been settled, I'll let you all know the full details.

Now if only I wasn't on earlies again tomorrow, I could have a "proper" celebration.
