I was involved in a hugely frightning incident recently when a white van short cutted a roundabout in front of me as I was using the overtaking lane.
He then chased me up the road with full beam and was about 5 to 10ft from my rear, sometimes less) at 50mph for about 2 miles. ( the limit was 50)
He pulled out to over take on double whites once or twice then eventually pulled past on a chevroned off junction. He then pulled in and despite my braking he struck my car.
When plod arrived he claimed I had tried to drive him off the road.
Big Van? Vs little diesel hatch?
Anyone know a good solicitor to deal with this?
I would be grateful for contacts. The incident happened in Somerset near Yeovil.

Incidients like this although few and far between seriously make me think about getting some video equipment in the car, or I am just been paranoid. Perhaps a new mobile with video facility?
