Just been flashed!

I've got 9 points on my licence and I'll be recieving another 3 in the post. I expect to get banned. But for how long? Will I have to take my test again? That'll be the biggest pain in the ass as I have a full motorcycle licence entitlement too.

Any ideas folks?

Cheers

check the NIP arrives within 14 days and are all the details correct if it does

When does your first set of points run out?
If you have some points that run within the next 6 motnhs it may be possible to use delaying tactics to prospone the convition untill you have 6 points again

Are you sure it was yourself driving?
A paragraph 4 (unsure of who was driving) is a very strong defence against gatsos ( of course only if you are unsure otherwise that would be against the law and )

Have a read at www.pepipoo.co.uk

Are you sure you were driving?

Maybe it was your friend who was looking to buy your car?

Oh, and surely with 9 points you would be careful not to use the loud pedal excessively in future until April

Yes I am fully aware of the case in question but matters have moved on, High Court judgements have progressed in favour of the motorist.
