It was only a matter of time.
The terrible thing is that this guy, along with the child molesters etc are often known, yet nothing is done about them because of the do-gooders who are more concerned about the likely offender rights than the potential victim.
It's disgusting and sickening...

What also struck me was how any ba$tard with those convictions was ever able to get motor insurance to drive a car on the public highway in the first place!
