can you get done by parked up traffic car?

silly question, but can police traffic cars carry laser/camera devices? passed one today at 60 in a 50 dual c/way, just didnt spot him parked there as id just crawled through a scamera. i thought the cars had to get you with vascar (ie follow you) or am i wrong?

Yes, you can get zapped by a stationery (ary?) car by hand held speed detection device.

It measures your oncoming speed.

If you weren't followed, you will be ok.

Thanks mate. i was doing max 60 in a 50 so would be harsh!! on 6 pts so every brush with the BIB makes me nervous! cheers.

Mike.. Not wishing to be a smartarse........easiest way to remember:- A Stationer sell stationery (both with e) Therefore something which is stopped is spelt with an "a". Hope this helps (guess it must come up quite often in statements etc)
