Max amd Min Speeding

Now I have a little car with very little rearward visibility so I have to adopt a clear policy on speed on the motorways.

So Street and his mates won't nick anyone doing less than 80

And a fully desked Jam sandwich won't top 130 with lights on top, so we need to travel at "130 plus"

So for cars of little visibility to avoid being caught from behind by the bib with X being speed to drive at 80>X>130
