With the nights drawing in, it is now dark when I go home. Why do an increasing number of people insist on using fogs in fine conditions? Is it down to lack of education/ignorance or people being tools. Perhaps education in the form of a £30 fine from the BiB is needed?

Well you need to clamp down harder fine em £60 and kick in the offending lights , it would be a nice little earner and you could get rid of the robbery vans.
