do they take photos of the car before they write out the ticket as when I turn up he was writing out a ticket so I drove off but he took a photo as I was driving down the road? alan

If it doesn't touch your windscreen then you didn't get it

So if I own a car without a windscreen, I can park wherever I want? Excellent. smile

I would assume a traffic warden must take photo's proving the car is incorrectly parked, and take a photo of said issued ticket, on said car?

If they don't then surely the argument is "there was no ticket when I got back to my vehicle, how can you be sure the traffic warden left one on my car notifying me"?

Don't they usually photograph the tax disc first?

Years ago I had an argument with a female traffic warden who was giving me a ticket (Doing a delivery in a 17 tonne truck) so I started arguing with her.
It was like firing bullets at a tank. No reaction.

I then said, in a low calmer voice, "Are your parents proud of your career choice or do they wish you'd be a bit like your brother and sister?"

Her face just dropped and a look of complete shock came over her face. She just turned and walked off.

At the time I was pleased with myself but shortly after I felt really guilty and still do. frown

I've made up for it though. I shagged a fat lass who turned out to be a traffic warden. thumbup

Don't do that again. Just think what life would be like if you were stuck inside a fat traffic warden for the rest of your life. You can't have those things surgically removed, you know, they have human rights. Strange, but they do.

Sir, I look nothing like a fat traffic warden. How very dare you?

Is it in order to kidnap the warden and keep her in your cellar, as long as you feed her tripe and stuff?
