Yes! that's right, shopkeepers in Rochdale are getting fed up with losing custom because of the activities of the local Traffic Wardens.

So much so that they have it seems installed a siren to warn motorists of the approach of said predators.

Why is it that a little "civil disobedience" raises ones spirits so much!

In Bury they even booked a coach driver as he was letting off 8 year old schoolkids for their swimming lesson right outside the baths.....
