Car removal truck - Question ??

I was watching one of those removal trucks pick up an incorrectly (illegally) park car to go to the pound. When i was approaching it, i noticed that it was illegal itself as only 1 letter was showing on the number plate as the rest of it was broken off.

Could the person whose car it was do anything about this ??

Yes. Pop down to the car pound, pay the £105 and get the car back. Then make sure it`s never parked illegally and he`ll never have to worry about a tow truck again!
