agreed he is a tosser!!, have reported him to the Police 3 times now, but alas to no avail, too busy then?
I expect it was recorded as being a one-off and ignored. Possibly report again but ask for the officer's details and get them to call you and tell them directly that it happens like clockwork.

it's okay then?, as there are no more dedicated Trafpols in our area, risky then or not?
thing is, a mate at work goes out for a pub meal every Sunday and gets p****d, he has yet never been pulled!
or should I do my Duty and report him?.

Sir,
If you have to ask, then???????????????
Have you attempted to reason with the man about his actions? If so and it's not worked, then your civil and if I might say moral duty, is to report him.
However, if he does kill someone and that won't affect you whatsoever, knowing that you could have gone some way to preventing it, then don't bother and continue to wear the blinkers.

Report it via CrimeStoppers, the Police are obliged to act upon information obtained via CrimeStoppers helpline.
Sir,
We're obliged to act upon any information recieved.
Of course, staffing levels, volume of work etc usually dictates what we actually manage to complete.

Can you give us a bit more information? What constitutes drunk? Has he ever had an accident? Is he a good or bad driver? Finally this duty you owe, to whom do you owe it? Me? The community? The queen?
I ask merely for information
