you can never lose your driving licence if it would affect your livelyhood (ie driving for a living), as it says so in Magna Carta (can NEVER be repealed!), if anyone says it can then I will sue the Queen as she swore to uphold to rule us "according to our rules and Customs" in her Coronation Oath in 1953, therefore she has commited Treason?, no argument, no other reason, end of story! full stop!

Doesn't it also say in the Magna Carta words to the effect that no man shall be incarcerated without trial?

from bitter experience you are mistaken....the next time I get banned....its 12-24 months without consideration for the circumstances hardship.....and I'm not a hooligan....but I do do 36k+ a year and despite every technoligcal aid and considerable (sometimes) right foot restraint I can pretty much g'tee to be "trapped" at least once a year minimum
