CCJ set aside but still on register

Hi all, just wondered if anyone had experience or advice regarding a work related CCJ.

Long story short is we applied to have a CCJ set aside last year due to lost paperwork. I attended the hearing and the District judge agreed to set it aside. The 'Judgment or Order' was received last Aug saying the judgement be set aside; however, it still appears on the register or any search.

Have I missed something or failed to complete another form?

We settled with the Defendant before another date was agreed regarding the original claim, but I wouldnt have thought this would influence having the CCJ set aside.
