Deposit refund query please

I've been pondering buying a 'new' used car for a while & the one I wanted came up. 100 miles away at a main dealer. My search criteria was leather interior. This is a 1100+ option. Dealer confirmed leather over the phone.
Pictures were ok but not fantastic. I paid a 250 holding deposit as going down next week.
I saw the car on another site with better pics . The 'leather' interior is actually onyx leather/Alcantra which is actually a no cost option. Onyx leather 1100+.
Looking at main dealers, others with onyx/alcantra say this is the case & cars are cheaper accordingly. More local too.

I'll call tomorrow to get my deposit back.
I'm in the right as mis described & distance selling etc etc?

Alcantara is more expensive for the manufacturer to buy than leather -- are you sure it's a no-cost option?

Certainly is yes.. alcantra insert on seat & back
Actually I'm talking myself around, maybe will still go down to check it out in the flesh as it were..

Probably the former, but it doesn't matter as it's definitely the latter.
