Reporting Bad Driving via Force Website
Discussion
Using the force website will just be the same as ringing 101.
Realistically they are unlikely to send anything out. They may put out obs for the vehicle if it's real time, or maybe put it on daily briefing or disseminate to neighbourhood policing team or RPU.
No harm in reporting it, you could end up averting a major accident.

Where in the UK are you? Dorset have a department set up for things like this.
If you (or anyone reading this) are in Dorset, you can report it using the 'contact us' part.
WTF? Seriously, this is bloody ridiculous. If you (or anyone reading this) are in Dorset, you can report it using the 'contact us' part.
The amount of posters b
hing and moaning about busybodies like BRAKE and the lack of police discretion being used and now we've got two threads on the go. This one, that BRAKE would be proud of and the one complaining that the police used their discretion. Bunch of hypocrites.

Calm down, chap, unless of course it's you who I'm considering trying to deter from driving so badly. I wouldn't say I'm a busy body, far from it to be frank but, there's a system in place so I was considering using it to get a message through to him, not to prosecute the guy.The amount of posters b

I think the service is a good idea if it really does clean up some bad habits and, the police can't be everywhere. To be fair, if they saw what he does he'd have a DD charge so call this a friendly service.

You see him regularly amd you know where he's going. Why not either confront him, or leave a note for him. Why get the police involved?I think the service is a good idea if it really does clean up some bad habits and, the police can't be everywhere. Anybody actively supporting the enforcement of rules to the letter, but expecting to be treated differently themselves.
I support road policing, but also support the use of discretion when it is appropriate. What does this make me?Dangerous drivers/riders need to be taken off the road, sadly the Police can't be everywhere all the time, so rely on members of the public to help us.
What's the good in that? Then I'm just a note writer befitting being a busy body. The note will be screwed up and thrown and I know well that if I followed him, and told him how to drive, he'd tell me to F-off. It could escalate, then I'd have to punch him and spend a night in the cells explaining that I did it because he can't drive. The whole idea behind this online reporting is to get people to wise up; it doesn't lead to prosecution at all. A letter from the old bill will go far further in making him think, "oh sht, better play good" than some random post-it note.
Not really sure what your chip is but, you have a good day.

This really doesn't seem to me to be that bad an offence, hell we all see duff driving every day, some of which we probably do ourselves. I'm not in favour of Joe Public reporting minor indiscretions that either just irritate, or slightly inconvenience them. I also very much doubt the driver "drifts" round the roundabout too.

It's hypothetical, but seriously, who walks up to a guy and says "I don't like your driving"? You've got people hooting at him all the way along as he cuts them up so, if that doesn't say he doesn't give a toss, what does.
Your deluded little world where we play out Tokyo Drift in reality and applaud the bellend's doesn't exist. If I drove like this consistently then "fair play" if I'm reported; I know the risks.
As for your size, if it's not little man syndrome then I'm stumped as to your attitude. This said, you seem to cause ripples in all the threads I've seen you post in.

+1 on the rest of it.
I have had white vans try and run me off the road on a motorbike. police wouldn't normally care. a portal to raise it to them would be good. I don't expect them to be arrected, just a word the right way hould the police bump into them.

I'll leave this here (roll eyes smiley).
