How many times did you manage to say paperweight ?

Regardless of their policies, they cannot ignore their statutory requirements.
How did you pay? I suppose we are not lucky enough to have paid by credit card ?

Thanks, not sure how to edit the title however. Maybe a mod can help?

Paid on credit card. Called the bank the retail disputes line is closed until Monday.

Ok if you are in B2B with enterprise clients then I'm sure you have heard of the company in questions reputation, both good and bad.

Equally dealing with the general public how do you think buy something, make a complete hash of installing it, break it and then claim it came like that ? And expect the supplier to give them a replacement without following the returns procedure ?

Same goes for many of the enterprise clients I deal with, that are often worse in their expectations.

And no I dont work for the mentioned company !
