Interim Sole Custody

My wife is currently suffering with some mental health issues. While we work through this I would like to apply for sole Interim Custody of my 2 kids since my in laws are in total denial of my wifes state of health and are causing trouble. Can anyone point me in the direction of a good brief so that I can get this done quickly.
