After a quick bit of advice. I recently ordered 4 tyres on credit card to be sent to a tyre fitter to be fitted the total of £156.
It is now 23 days since i ordered the tyres 2 have turned up but the other 2 have been missing since the 19th last month.
The websites terms and conditions state that after 20 days if not delivered i am entitled to a refund.
For the past few weeks i've been constantly contacting their customer service (email only no phone number) who only say 'we need to check with the carrier' 'we are waiting for the carriers final decision' 'we are still awaiting the carriers decision before we can refund you' etc.
I have reminded them of the fact that they are in breach of their terms and conditions and since then i have received no updates or replies from their customer service department what so ever. I haven't collected the other two tyres given the situation as i didn't want to shoot myself in the foot in the long run. What do i do next?
Cheers.
