good solicitor needed for speeding on m6 staffs

If you were intended to plead not-out on the account that no id was shown, there are many ways to prove the offence..

I've done a bit of reading up about Mr Freeman and he certainley seems to be an interesting character.

I suppose I'll get whats coming but there seems to be alot of difference in terms of punishment dished out for similar offences.

So atleast I'll get a fair deal with decent representation.

Assuming he doesnt manage to pull an O J Simpson style let off :-)

Mind me asking - got any points at moment?
I got rumbled at 101.57 on M1 last year, when i spoke to my solicitor he was very enlightening, told me to make sure I went to court with a clean licence, save my paying his fees and have the duty solicitor - his fees were £200 - told me to put the fees saved to the hefty fine I would get!
Result at court - £340 and 6 points

Simple. If Mrs Spicy had been asked fof ID, she would have been banged to rights. Trafpol didn`t. Waste of time and money for all concerned (except for trafpol, who as you keep telling us was probably on overtime)

In Spciy's case (assuming it is true and I have no reason to suspect anyone is lying but anyway) did the TrafPol correctly ID the driver of the car?

If the TrafPol had, then perhaps a conviction might have been the result.
