Speed limit on 3 lane roads?

Just checking what the speed limit is on an open country road (no street lights) with two lanes on one side and one on the other. Is it (as I suspect) 60 in both directions? There's a long stretch near here and 60 feels like you're going backwards.

If its NSL then it'll be 60, it needs a separator in the middle to be a dual carridgeway and a 70 limit.

I'm pretty sure it's 60 unless there's a central reservation.

Unless signposted to the contrary, the speed limit of a multi-lane road is 60 mph unless there is a permanent central reservation, in which case it is 70mph.
Painted (hashed) lines do not count, but grass does.

Funny that - along the A456 coming out of the West Midlands and into Worcestershire it's a two lane dual carriageway with full Armco in the middle.... and yet people still flash me at 40mph for going far too fast..... like 70mph.

It's the NSL ffs you fools!
