So WHY is noone taking them to court, that's what legal insurance is for.... This sort of scam wouldn't exist more than 1 day in germany without the signage department being cited to court to answer for their crimes!!!

So they've admitted the sign is partially obscured, and are still refusing to refund the fines?

Thats disgusting, they should have the honesty to admit they're wrong on this occasion, and refund the money.
