hello all,

Our esteemed colleague 'Captain Sideways' will be making a tv appearance at 7:30 BBC1 Monday 24th January on a program called 'Inside Out' broadcast in the North.

He spent a pleasant afternoon at an airstrip demonstrating how a jammer can defeat an LTI2020.

Anyone would think I work in TV or something!

Pssssst it's a Pro-Laser not an LT1 (much the same thing though)

pro lasers are harder to jam, as they don't have as much error trapping algorithms as the LTI.

You can pick it up on SKY if you aren't in the region.

I shall have to wathc this. I see you in my mind's eye und I wonder if you look as I imagine. I imagine a bloke whose eyes show sense of humour mit a cheeky smile.

Some of you would be surprised at the mental images I have as to how you all look.

I imagine gone a big, balding bloke mit a little pony tail ... und Dibs as youngist, dark haired und muscly - but mit kind face.

Strassen he say he ist not the one from that Traffic cops programm - but I still think of him as looking like him - but minus the ear -rings.

Und I see mungo as a shrimp ... dark haired, a bit skinny, wiry und short!

TonyRec _ have seen last year on photo where he was astride a morotrbike - he has cut bum. Und he was as my mind's imagined!

Saw this last night and was raaather concerned at the supercilious scamera burocrat talking bullshit as usual, giving falsified statistics as well. The only point that this supercilious tw@t made was that it's illegal to have a jammer....
Obviously preaching to numptydom in general, talking about making "speeding as unacceptable as drink driving" etc etc
Obviously more concerned for his Quango-job than any safety issue......

Also the TV reporter mentioning all drivers who speed as criminals is a bit OTT....wait till HE has 9 points or perhaps he already drives like a numpty?????

was rather dissappointed about it all.......
