I'm equally sure he's got the figures that shoot his theories down in flames, but those figures will be kept in a locked filing cabinet at the bottom of a disused mineshaft.
Whilst he continues to peddle his untruths, the driving standards here in W.Y. are plummetting. Well done steve, keep your eye on the ball!

If this is true then it seems that they are finally coming around to the "Safespeed"
way of thinking.
