good speed enforcement this morning

I tell you what I noticed this morning driving in, and infact have noticed this a few times now.
There's been a traffic car out on the M62 most mornings, pulling the speeders that I would pull if I were a BIB. ie the non indicating, blasting along, poor road sence prats in the outside lane.
BIB pull him over, and maintains the drama on the hard shoulder with all roof lights blaring, headlights, strobes the lot, and in a place that's visible to traffic a couple of miles in each direction.
result - the numpty gets deserved collar felt, and all traffic within eyeshot of the police car drive like saints.
Don't earn much money though unfortunately.
