Two police vehicles crash into each other
Discussion
Ooops. They should do extra training
Wonder if either driver will (ever) face any action. I always find it odd when investigations take ages - the accident happened Friday, how long does it take to ask the driver what happened lol

There was a recent thread about a driver that was reported for careless driving because of a very low speed (according to him) incident in which his trailer fell over. The police were not there when it happened but arrived 45 minutes later and reported him based on what they saw.
I wonder why an investigation is needed in this case....look at those vehicles!

I thought police drivers had advanced training meaning they can drive faster than everyone else and also use mobile communication devices whilst doing so.

Not at all. Only a very small percentage have advanced training. There are lots of police officers that are not even trained to respond on blue lights.
There is no training for using mobile coms while driving.

Yes, a picture can tell you everything about the circumstances, whether any further party/ies were involved, if anything were being avoided, mechanical failure / defect and all the other circumstances... Why investigate? La Liga said:

Ahh yes, the fruitless comparing of one internet thread reported by someone completely impartial to the outcome versus a picture and a super-reliable newspaper report. Completely cut and dried. I wonder why an investigation is needed in this case....look at those vehicles!

A Dyfed-Powys spokeswoman said: "There were no other vehicles involved in the collision""Police can confirm that both vehicles were travelling in the same direction"

If I were talking about the other topic, then I'd have quoted that part and spoken about it.
plenty of times i have seen on some of these police camera shows where someone has for what ever reason said they didn't notice the police car, and their attitude has been, well it's big enough and bright enough with it's day glow livery, how could you have missed it, someone should show them this photo.
