Just pottering back from sister's today going under a pedestrian bridge when a couple of scrotes through what I thought was a brick (but was actually a portion of chips) off the bridge.
I saw it at the last second and managed a very short brake, thus missing them - they splatted on the floor. Two kids (1 boy about 8 and girl about 12) ran off laughing.
No place to stop to discuss.
Scum. No other word for it.

Und on a certain forum for cyclists - they though my older sister was being ever so unreasonable about a whole thread (since culled after off-line action) chanting about throwing rocks at cars. They thought this was funny 
Hahahaha! Like I am laughing after someone chucked an egg at my car about the same time as that featured on that particualr site! My youngest was in the car at the time und she was not very happy about it!
These are the same people who keeep bangin' on about "shhh! U know wot!" from last year
But if I had my way - those little oiks should be placed in stock und leftovers chucked at them!
