Whilst I appreciate they have every right/need to verify I have a valid license, when they check are they able to find out the time of day any SP30s were earned and the vehicle it was in?

Just out of interest, smile, why would you not want your employer to know what time of day / what vehicle you were in when you earned yourself an SP30?

You don't need to for the first seven days.

Hypothetically, because it may reveal that the offence was committed in their high profile liveried vehicle.

Correct. Plus conviction date if it went to court.

In most case they know this anyway as most tickets come in the post to the registered keeper, but i guess you were given a ticket on the spot

if you go on the site to get a code for them to check your licence you will actually see exactly what you are revealing to them, you can download it as a pdf

mine is clean so i can't tell if it gives the date but i am sure it is not going to give the time or the vehicle, but if it went to court someone with enough time on their hands and a really good reason to go digging could probably find out
