A24 still closed more than 12 hours after the incident = ridiculous

It's not like it's for a minor fender-bender though, is it?

Man stabbed to death and your only thought is you might have to take a different route.

I don't know if that's a reflection of you or the society we live in today. Either way it's pathetic.

Because, obviously, you being saved from a minor delay is more important than securing all the evidence possible against some road-rage murdering ahole.

The BBC said:
"He was thought to be driving a pale "old-style" vehicle, Sussex Police said."
Well, that's immensely helpful. Could be a Mini or a Bentley.

I live not far from where this happened.

I'd rather the road was closed and the police did what they had to do if it stops someone else suffering the same unpleasant demise.

OP you are a prick.

A few minutes ago there was a dashcam video up showing a car heading the wrong way down the A24. I was going to post it up to see if anyone could identify it but it appears to have been taken down.

EDIT It now appears the footage was taken at 9.30pm well after the incident but it has been passed to Police.

Thanks . Obviously I have got this wrong.

I was wondering after 12 hours what what else are they going to find at the scene ? In other countries they get things moving quickly.

In some other countries they eat cats and dogs and think FGM is fine.

I'd rather the police took as long as they like to find every possible shred of evidence.

Someone who is willing to murder someone after a minor RTC needs to be caught, and fast.

No road rage is worth it, however I can't imagine a 79 year old bloke was offering much of a fist fight to begin with, sound like he unfortunately ran into the back of a complete nutter who reacted in their own special way.

As for the OP being inconvenienced, tough st ahole.
