Hi all a couple of our neighbors are having a bit of an 'issue'. The result is that one of them is going to be issued with an anti social Behaviour warning. I believe it's going to happen this week, but I was wondering how it happens? Do police actually deliver the warning in person or in writing? TIA

David Cameron comes around, gives the hoodie a hug, and then slaps the paper on him.

Anyway, tell us what you did.

I have just noticed that this thread is taking place in the United States (probably Alabama, din' I told you that child ain't right, Jolene?).

Therefore I revise my answer to : SWAT Team, 37 rounds of 9 mm. 97 rounds if black.

The Police deliver the letter, they go through what it means, what they have to do to address the issues and what can happen if they don't. Then they get you to sign to say you've had them and off they go.

I am still keen to learn what ASBOworthy shenanigans the OP has been up to. Noisy Mantovani records? Knob selfies all round? Setting fire to people? Please, OP, tell all.

Thanks all. It actually genuinely is our neighbour. They are having a row about freehold sale stuff. He threatened her - as he is under the assumption that she is purposefully stalling the sale of the freehold to screw him over - so he told her she'd pay and knew she lived alone etc. Doesn't concern us apart from the fact the guy who is getting the warning lives above us and I'm friends with his Mrs. And also if I see police stroll up to their door I'll make sure we vacate the area as he is not going to be happy. He doesn't know it happening yet.
