Be careful what sort of in car entertainment you enjoy out there boys and girls. Off the back of this one I very much doubt you'll get just the lecture a mate received a number of years ago when 'caught' in the act.

Here are the sentencing guidelines. It looks like it'll be a stronger level 2 to me, but will depend on the strength of mitigation given the fact it was his girlfriend. I'll go with 5 years. http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/s_to_u/sentencing_manu...

Although I seriously doubt she was forced to do anything he was the one at the wheel and over the DD limit.
