Unfortunately our judicial system is being destroyed further every day. People blatantly break the law yet know they will be defended by smarmy barristers on legal aid, being paid for by the tax-payer.

Meanwhile the time the Police are having their hands tied further in the name of 'human rights', and being continually slated by certain 'rebels' on sites like this......

Years ago disqual by age was a reasonable response to get juveniles before a custody Sgt. It can only happen now if they have been banned by a court.

Disqual by age is now prosecuted under failing to comply with conditions of a driving licence.

If this lass has "developed a taste for alcohol" - then surely the court should have imposed a provision order for weaning her off and educating her towards more control. She could already be at tolerance level!

Her parents should be locked up for allowing her to:

1 Develop a taste for alcohol at that age
2 Get pissed at a family party
3 Take the car without anybodies knowledge
4 Be the 7th child

This family would appear to be not very well placed in the gene pool

I would genuinely like to know how this came about and who is responsible so that I as a citizen can contact my elected representative and see what I can do about getting the person dismissed.
