thundering busses!

Walked through the centre of hull ( a colleague of mine made the comment that the German Luftwaffe made a better job of town planning than Hull City Council ever have!) where they now have lots a 20 areas. I'd love to get a speed gun and measure the speed of the empty busses as they thunder through these areas!.
As you can't really 'thunder' at 20 MPH it would be interesting to see.
They also seem to enterpret the traffic lights as 'advisory' from time to time - if you see what I mean.
