That would be funny if it wasn't so true. What the law should be doing is introducing a points system for numptiness. 3 offences of numptiness and you're out, just allowed to drive say between 10:30 and 11 everyday, for the average speed of a numpty that would allow 10 miles of travelling everyday which should be more than ample.
