Passed this today, anyone know if this is a speed camera or not? A130 Essex.

Looks like ANPR to me

are we looking at the tall thing on the left or in the middle of the picture
either way neither are speed cameras, both are robot invader from another world

omg i clicked through the street view link there are 2 more of the robot invaders and it looks like someone is trying to fire a missile at one but missed completely
