...if you are copped for speeding 
I have just heard this on the radio but did not get where the presenter got it from!
He was quoting some urban mythy type story whereby a speeding driver was told to crouch down und hop like a frog for half a kilometre whilst chanting the name of
the leader of a political party. :connfused:
Apparently this is deemed to be more of a punishment that points on licence und fines ....
