Seen a few use this trick on the A63 dual carriageway.
You drive at 50MPH (+/- 5MPH variable) in the inside lane, and steer as a series of notchy jerky movements as apposed to smoothly following the road.
Not only are you completely discreet, but the queue of lorries behind you and overtaking you will sheild you from the prying eyes of BIB.
