Zapped from a moving vehicle

A colleague of mine was recently NIPed for 65 in a 50 in South Wales.

He wrote back requesting photographic evidence (just to be bloody minded ) and has received 2 photos which apparently appear to be from a moving vehicle...

Any comments on legalty of this etc, I thought a BiB had to pull you over?

You don't have to be pulled over.....or else cameravans would be finished..

Photo from a moving vehicle? Very strange.

They might be stills from a vascar video, although it's a very unusual practice..

Without seeing them...hard to say.

perhaps you could scan them and post them on here???
