Speeding: An international problem?
Discussion
Serious mode (sorry).
Given the culture in that country, whereby it is felt that "if it's your day to die, then you will no matter what you do" and the fact that drivers hold this belief literally and overtake on blind corners, pull out from side turnings without looking etc etc with the obvious carnage that results, it's almost funny that the authorities there also appear to miss the point and concentrate on the speed of their Hindustans!
A useful excuse for some revenue generation in the guise of "doing something" no doubt!

Whats wrong with her eyes?
Looks like her eyes were speeding at the time of the photograph----- taken with a gatso cam maybe?
More like a scanned in image from Readers wives at the back of Wazzler
I even allow Mrs Streetcop to travel along roads...but those devoid of speedcameras..
