just a bit of advice please guys/ I was in an accident the other day and reported it to my insurance company straight away and went through all the details however I had a phone call from what I presume is the other persons insurance company(I presume) unless it was an ambulance chasing co. wanting me to discuss with them what happened, now im not really happy to do this as the bloke was an arrogant abusive swearing plonker. any advice what I should do if they ring back or shall I just say speak to my insurance company? thanks .

Can't imagine that was anyone other than the other party trying to intimidate or entrap.

I assume you exchanged insurance details, but if not now would be the time to refer them on.

100 to 1 odds on an arrogant abusive swearing plonker being a whiplash scammer.

If they call back, you could, and I appreciate that this is a wild and wacky suggestion, ask who they are and where they are calling from.

A suggestion straight outta left field for you there.

Ouch hehe

No idea why the OP has even started this thread. If you don't know how to deal with abusive sweary people then I'd give up on life.
