Is it true that you can get a bucket (preferably a metal one), stand in front of a Gatso camera, swing you arm round holding aforementioned bucket and it sets the camera off (flash, flash, flash, flash etc)?

For that matter, would jumping up and down on Truvelo sensors with the right timing have the same effect?

Obviously one would need to have one's back turned to the camera or be wearing a pair of those Groucho Marks specs so they wouldn't recognise you!!

I reckon a large sheet of wood with 2 large cone woofers attached, and a signal generator sending out a 50Hz tone, would do the job nicely.

You could even write on the board 'hahah you w*nkers, flash this!'.

Cheers Gary! Never mind, one day we will all be able to sit at home whilst our Robot's take the car to work. Get "flashed" by robot cops, and fined by a computer somewhere. Of course each Robot would need a licence, MOT and Insurance.
