Brother is after a small commuter bike for work so helping him search. Came across this and can't get my head around how these sort of people manage to survive

That's not the most stupid part.
If we examine the whole for-sale advert it's quite clear it's been stolen.
No keys. No log Book.
125 raptor scooter for sale £120 takes it , may swap for another bike, only to be used off road or for spairs, as this bike has no workin lights, unless u no how to rewire thm up also has no keys or log books but bike starts first time and is a verry good runner, only electric start as these bikes dont have kickstarts, it has no battery so i hav a car battery strapped to it at the moment to show that it starts, bike is fast as i hav had it doin 75mph down the cycle path, great for a bit of off road fun or can stick a skid lid on and jus drive it in day light on road like i have also been doin . engine is fully workin with no nocks bangs or oil leaks and bike is a 62 plate, bad points is , plastics taty, no battery . no keys , no logbooks as lost them and no lights, stil a little flyin machine for £120, can be seen runnin on request, any questions plz txt or ring only on 07475107077
