There is no routine inspection clause or set period.

Is there any statutory law covering this? If a tencancy states landlord can have access with 24 hours notice can they the. Use this to give 24 hours notice of the an inspection?

Could this be considered as damaging to quiet enjoyment ?

Legislation allows in an applied term, that a landlord/agent has the right to enter to inspect the rental property, having given the tenant/s 24 hours notice in writing.

Any dispute to carry out such an inspection, can not be enforced without a formal application for a Court order.
