How to obtain High Court papers

Hello all,

Can anyone tell me if there is a way to obtain court filings/papers of the high court? I am interested in a case but have no idea how to get at the papers. I am told court filings are public documents?

Which papers? Do you mean a physical copy of the Particulars of Claim?

Yes - a company I am interested in and an individual are in a dispute and proceedings have been filed at the high court but there has been no hearing.
