Hillsborough enquiry - jury duty

Just a thought about the jury on this case.

How do they get on with the enquiry having taken some two years?

No employer would stand for that surely? What about being self-employed? Getting pregnant?

Given these constraints how close to "a jury of one's peers" is it possible to appoint?

What about holidays? Do jurors have to give up pre-booked holidays. Do they get to take a holiday?
